Loyalty Program Generates 27% Sales Increase

Results

The 'Business Builders Gold' Loyalty Programme was launched to selected independent liquor retailers in July 2012.

The results exceeded all expectations. In its first six months of operation, the Program generated sales growth of 27.1% in a market sector that declined by 1% over the same period; with over one-third of participants enjoying sales growth in excess of 50% versus prior year.
